BSOD Help and Support Stuck in system restore? Pc world said that I need to restore it to factory settings. There's prob on w8.1 and i'm upgrading to w10 because wanted to clean the mess and i also personally prefer w10 better. I went to sony's website and their bios utility needs to be run in windows.

If you have hard drive activity, then it would be best to wait and let it finish to avoid potentially messing up the installation. The little white-dot circle keeps running but... The operating system provides a number of options that let you restore your computer to an earlier state. Is it possible to recover to the old bios?
