IOATAPI.SYS should be located there...

I see people on several forums with all kinds of PCs, laptops. I have done the "un-tick allow PC to turn this off" trick and I still have the problem. I've had something similar happen, but not in the exact way. Also what might help - in BIOS disable "USB XHCI Controller".
