Hp Pavilion G6-1045ej Doesn't Boot Up

The 2 keys "Cap Lock" and "Num Lock" have "White Light" flashing on and off constantly. However every time I try, it fails to even start the recovery process. Its been like this ever since.Any suggestions?, Please help. There is not any power whatsoever! have a peek here
