  • Tried updating the drivers, BIOS, disabling ProectSmart, all of that and more.
  • I have restarted my laptop as well.
  • i dunno either its   driver problem or not.
  • Searched through these forums for so long for a solution.
  • Another solution on HP's site says turning off HP Cool Sense or Beats Audio worked for them!
  • Anyway, I tried setting the playback/recording setting to higher resolution and it made no difference.

Please delete communication headphones from the playback devices and connect the headphones and check.  This should resolve the issue. Recently my laptop automatically turns off its audio , in middle of an application,whether its game or watching a movie.And the audio doesnt turn back on until i restart my laptop.Pls Double click on Stereo Mix to open the properties and repeat the steps done earlier.
